Using a robot arm to make the inspection process more precise and consistent, the SPECTRO software can be easily integrated into the client’s existing environment and provide superior results. Thanks to Sparse Modeling technique, it can build high-accurate AI models with just a few amounts of good data, even with 20 images it is possible to do it.
Some of the use cases that have been solved so far come from the automotive, electronics and construction domains, including visual inspections over car parts (such as body, gear and precision parts), metal objects, construction materials like ceiling tiles, game consoles, electromagnetic switches, printed circuit boards and other semiconductors. SPECTRO helps to detect anomalies and imperfections like cosmetic defects, misalignments, missing parts in the components, etc. Its technology works with small datasets to build the AI models, making the process faster and consuming less energy without losing the efficiency of the inspection. It shows the results of the inspection through heat maps related to the probability of a defect and its severity, and it identifies the exact location of the errors, providing explainability to the user.
SPECTRO has the flexibility to be used by the customer either through a cloud service, or completely localized without the need of a network connection. Also, it is compatible with any kind of equipment and can be easily integrated into it.
