Collaborative Robotic Solutions

Collaborative robots are key to a simplified future in automation. With a focus on built-in safety and ease of use, PreciseFlex™ robots can be deployed and operated by users in environments where space is limited and access to the work cell must be shared. To address a wide range of user knowledge, we offer the flexibility of both an easy-to-use web-based interface called Guidance Motion, as well as an optional advanced programming environment. Both processes allow operators to perform setup and teaching of the robot.

Our SCARA, Cartesian, and 6-axis robots provide a wide range of geometries to suit user needs, with anywhere from one to six axis configurations, all at a reasonable price.

Our collaborative robots are not traditional industrial robots that have been modified for safety – they have been designed as inherently safe from the beginning. Speed and safety work hand in hand through low gear ratios, extremely low friction back drivable axes and moving masses, and advanced motion control technology. How robots are determined as truly safe

PreciseFlex™ collaborative robots meet the ISO/TS 15066 Standard on Collaborative Robots, which defines the robot’s maximum safe contact forces if it collides with a person in free space. Our collaborative robots are the first and only robots that have been verified to limit forces within these guidelines.
