This smart adapter flange will give your robot same interface as the collaborative robots from Universal Robots. This adapter not only fixes the size difference but it also has a build in electric connector that makes it easy to attach UR tools to the robot controller.This adapter flange is designed for robots with ISO 9409-1-37.5-M5 tool flange.
Typical robots: ABB IRB 1200, KUKA KR6 and KR10, Fanuc CR, etc.
The electric socket on the adapter flange is identical to UR robots.
(M8 8 pins, male Lundberg RKMW 8-354)
With this adapter flange your robot can use all the smart tools designed for UR robots.
For higher security, the adapter plate is connected to the controller with a snap-in cable that can be reconnected after a mishap with the robot.
